Gowland Public Lectures
The Gowland Public Lectures have their origins in a separate science-religion organisation 'The Christ and the Cosmos Initiative, founded by the Revd Bill Gowland (a former Chairman of the Methodist Conference). This organisation merged with the Science and Religion Forum in 2003 and the lectures have continued at our conferences ever since where they have been warmly welcomed.
